One of my favorite parts about blogging is looking back at it...it's your life journal...it's for YOU!

I would love to hear how you trained for the Ironman, how long it took, and how did you prepare for the training?Pagehttp://www.twentysixandthensome.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5007538918693761462.post-51747107684576802182011-04-29T18:59:19.833-06:002011-04-29T18:59:19.833-06:00I can only hope that I am half the athlete you are...I can only hope that I am half the athlete you are someday! An Ironman - what a dream! I'd love to learn how you trained for it, and specifically, what you did to prepare for the training. Did you do triathlons before or just train for it. How long did you train for?

P.S. This blog is for YOU! One of the things I love most about blogging is being able to look back at it like your life journal. Enjoy it for what it is.Pagehttp://www.twentysixandthensome.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5007538918693761462.post-25562776606564813182011-04-28T23:29:37.177-06:002011-04-28T23:29:37.177-06:00I think your blog is for you. I like knowing that sometimes you aren't motivated to get out and exercise. I like how you eat junk food! To me, the way your blog is--it's real. Also, I'm having second thoughts about the race on Saturday. I recently discovered I'm expecting with my first and I'm 35-years-old. It seemed all of a sudden my legs just don't run anymore. Maybe I'll come and walk.....Lizzyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13404155859321416850noreply@blogger.com
