I ♥ Peanut Butter - Protein Shake

It's already Tuesday again!? Ok, here's a quick one that I've just discovered and I LOVE!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Recovery Shake

1 cup milk
1 chopped up frozen banana (if you use a fresh one you might want to add ice)
1 big glob of peanut butter (I don't really measure, maybe 1/4 cup)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Put it all in the blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.

Drink and enjoy within 30 minutes after a hard workout. It's a great recovery aid and reward! Mmmmm, think I'll have one in the morning!
