Stress Relief

It's that time of the month where I start to get depressed, stressed out and lazy. I've found a new fix for this. Baking. Specifically, baking bread since that is kind of a necessary food item that you can feel good about making for your family. Plus you get to work out your frustrations in the kneading. Also you get something yummy to eat if you still need something to make you feel better.

I was feeling pretty stressed, then I made bread, and it just all went away. Now tell me that making bread takes too much time. Wouldn't that kind of time be worth it?
